How long does processing take?
Processing takes 7–10 business days before your order ships. During lighter weeks it can move in as few as 5 business days.
How long is shipping?
Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Larger freight items may be scheduled with a delivery window.
Do I get free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 automatically qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders under $100 are a flat $15.
Can I order more than one product at a time?
Each order is limited to one product. To purchase multiple items, please place them as separate orders.
Do your pedicure chairs need plumbing?
No — our pedicure chairs work with or without plumbing. The no-plumbing setup uses a hidden fill compartment beneath the chair and a separate drain compartment that empties manually. You can also connect them to plumbing if you prefer.
What color options are available?
Every pedicure chair and set is available in Black, White, Pink, Purple, Teal, Blue, Brown, and Green.
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. See our Returns page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at infothenailnookatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund the item.
