Processing Time
7–10 business days before shipping
Every piece is inspected, packed by hand and prepared for safe transit. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days before your order ships out. During lighter weeks orders can move in as few as 5 business days. You'll receive an email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
5–7 business days in transit
Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location. Larger pieces (pedicure chairs and full sets) may be delivered via freight and you'll be contacted to schedule a drop-off window.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping over $100
Orders $100 and up ship complimentary — the discount applies automatically at checkout. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $15 shipping fee.

Real-time updates
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 10 business days of placing your order, reach out to infothenailnookatelier@gmail.com and we'll follow up personally.
