We want you to love your pieces. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return Window
14 days from delivery
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged or Defective
We make it right
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email infothenailnookatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full — no restocking fee.
Exchanges
Color or model swaps
Exchanges for a different color or model are welcome within the 14-day window. Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping on the replacement.
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 days
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable
Final sale items
Custom-color pieces and digital bundle products are final sale and not eligible for return.
